Pawse Active seeks to create exceptional, sustainable yoga and active wear for animal lovers. We strive to unite the wellness world with the animal rescue world by bringing ancient elements of Yogic Philosophy into our products and events. Our Rescue Puppy Yoga and Hikes help socialize our adoptable dogs, help our dogs be seen by potential adopters and help to raise money for their veterinary and travel costs. Together, we are making the world a happier place for all people and pets.

MacKenzie
MacKenzie started PAWSE when she realized she could bring together all of her passions to make a difference in the world. She had been teaching Yoga and fitness in Antigua for nearly 4 years while rescuing as many dogs as she could and feeding packs of homeless animals throughout the island.
MacKenzie is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Pre + Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Balanced Body Mat Pilates Trainer and an IWHI Certified Women's Health Coach specializing in Optimizing Fertility. Her mission is to holistically empower women to live their lives to the fullest.
Renée
Renée is MacKenzie's mother and biggest supporter. She's behind the scenes most of the time, but she surely helps run the show. She is in charge of our activewear in Baltimore, Maryland. Renée has two rescue dogs from Antigua and 6 rescue cats from BARCS. She fosters, transports and does what ever needs to be done to rescue animals. In her free time, you'll find her gardening, laughing, snuggling with the pets or helping MacKenzie with all of her ventures.
